As a person with bi polar disorder it's easy to find "symptoms" but most of it goes along with other common mental disorders Make sure to ACTUALLY get diagnosed because this shit sucks

It's seriously like weeks on end with suicidal thoughts and then yhe next it's like Omg bad decisions time 😈 I rarely ever get good days anymore and that effects a lot of my loved ones

It's a lot more common to have anxiety than bi polar disorder- and those are some symptoms of anxiety too- definitely get it checked out cuz bi polar is a lot..different
