alex me and other people are not trying to dehumanize you by saying "oh hold back the thoughts" because people have intrusive thoughts like that, what im saying is please try not to be tempted by anything because that'll make you feel worse and worse and trust me it doesn't feel good. i just really hope your okay, and i dont want anything bad happening to you,, i really want you to be safe.
