please dont call yourself depressed if you havent really had a proper medical diagnosis, im not saying you havent, but as just a warning, be careful
its a sensitive topic to a lot of people, and the term shouldnt be used unrealistically or in a way that romanticizes it
getting sad doesnt mean you have depression, it just means that like every other human, you have emotions
what does that have to do with depression??
and you cant get depressed in a minute.
losing your voice isnt a sign of depression, it's a sign of dehydration
