LinkA few days ago there had been a car crash on a road near where your oc lives, one of the people had died in the crash and it was like all over the news, why? because the person who died was a lady, who had a child, in her, but hey they saved the child so that was good
but anyways after those few days your oc walked past the area because it was all cleaned up except for a wonky humanoid shaped red stain on the road
and your oc happened to look over and notice a small lady standing across from them, looking around seeming distressed

Apophis saw the lady and tilted his head, staying out of sight, and slithering closer.

she turned and just stared down one side of the road, seeming to wait for someone. She held her arms around her shivering torso as if trying to keep in the warmth because it was strangely cold

Apophis slithered even closer, he was extremely quiet for someone of his size.

she didnt even notice, she just seemed so focused on that direction, just waiting intensely in a distressed state

Apophis watched her, waiting, as if she was his prey.

she felt another presence because well, human senses be up like. She turned and let out a sharp scream before just dropping on the ground and curling up into a tiny ball

Apophis picked her up by the neck, not quite suffocating her, just looking at her.

she just had her eyes closed tight, incredibly tense and unable to make any noise or movement, tears just rapidly running down her bloody bruised face
Apophis saw the blood and bruises and such, and hissed again. "How did you get like this...?"

she whimpered softly "I,, i dont know-" she said in a raspy whisper

"You don't know...? Sounds idiotic to me." He looked at the bruises, studying them.

she trembled quietly, but despite the face destruction there is a very lethal wound on her head so that could be why she doesnt know, cause memories go cronch

Apophis flicked his tail and touched the wound in her head, it sealed.

she blinked a few times before glancing at him in confusion
"i,, i think,, all i remember was,, car ride, pain, then loud crash and bright lights"
Apophis looked at the blood on the ground. "Hm. Car crash. Mortals are so careless."
He dropped her onto her feet, and looked at her. "Remember anything else?"
she tumbled a bit before hiding her stomach with her arms, and shook her head slightly, and once again i forgot to mention the fact she was strangely heavy for someone of her size so

Apophis decided to leave her there, slithering away into the darkness.
she just paused and watched him leave, kind of saddened because shes kind of been stuck there for a while
Apophis came out a few minutes later, then flicked his hand, causing chaos on the street, multiple cars crashing into each other, and he smiled.
she heard the noise and just stared at the scene, suddenly starting to get flashbacks of what happened
He seemed to feed off this chaos, watching the cars flip and tumble, and fire spread.
Apophis flicked his hand again, causing two of the cars to implode, along with their passengers.

Apophis chuckled and waved his arm to the left, causing about 2 more crashes and the cars involved to implode again.

woah, now begins the sobbing, and honestly shed move but really cant because injuries exist
Apophis suddenly turned gray, the chaos stopped, and he looked down at his hands, and hissed.
Apophis approached her, an unidentified look crossed his eyes, and he coiled into himself next to her.
Apophis then looked at her, and touched the ground, but instead of chaos, the ground glowed with orderly magic.
He looked at her and tilted his head. He then touched her hand, healing her injuries.

she lifted her head up slightly, glancing at her limbs and such, her face just red and damp from the sobbing, and her movement shaky and slow

Marty looked at the lady for a moment then very hesitantly walked over to her,
"M-Miss... Are you alright...?"

she jumped and stared for a brief moment, examining before seeming to calm down as she shook her head quietly in "no", hiding her stomach with her arms
Marty sort of jumped when she did,
"What uhm... what happened..? W-What are you doing here..?"
"i dont know,, just,, everything is painful and,, i dont know,,"
"Painful? A..Are you hurt?"
He was growing more concerned by the second
she nodded slightly, and well since half her face is mutilated, bone is showing through leg and part of her head was crunched and full of glass

"Shouldn't you.. maybe go to a hospital or something? O-Or like.. whats the last thing you remember?"
"I dont even know where i am and i dont know how this happened,,"
"Uh..."
Marty tried to think of what to do,
"M-Maybe come with me and I can try to help..?"
Marty started towards the closest hospital he knew, but in the mean time, he thought maybe he could try to know the lady better to figure out her situation,
"Whats.. Whats y-your name?"
she limped along, still hiding her stomach for some strange reason "its,, piper i think,, you?"
"Uh, Martin! But everyone calls me Marty" He gave a nervous smile bc while he was trying to help, the lady still made him feel slighlty on-edge
"oh well its nice to meet you" she said with just, the sweetest little smile
well, at least as she could manage with her mangled up bloody face
"Its nice to m-meet you as well..."
He paused,
"Do you remember your... last name, by chance?"

Thats when Marty froze
"P... Wait.. Piper May?" His voice shook slightly bc man gets scared easily 😭
"Uhm... I-I.."
He tried to collect himself bc the lady seemed harmless but like
a dead lady lmao,
"I heard about you on th-the news... y... How are you..? H-here?"
"Y-You're..."
He took a few steps away from her,
"I-I think... you're supposed to be.."
He muttered quietly bc he didnt wanna say it,
"D-dead."
she now just stares in a mix of horror and mild anger "excuse me-?"
He caught the hint of anger and
cue panic,
"W-Well I! I-I just- they uhmm- they pronounced y-you dead I-.. Sorry I-"
"who-?! who did- im not dead im right here!" wow no longer anger more, sheer distress
"It w-was.. allll over the news? You uhmm.. you died b-but.. your child? D-didnt?"
she looked even more confused and removes her arms from her stomach, "but,,, hes,, still in here?"

"Maybe when we get to a hospital they c-can help you figure out whats... whats going on?"
