the lost souls of the red abyss are the representation of what hell would do to you. all the new comers get really scared, when there is no reason to. these used to be living beings. distorted and transformed into hideous creatures. staring into the eyes of one, you could feel the pure, sheer emotions they had as they died. in the red abyss, you don't die, necessarily. when you do, you seem to wake up back at the place when you first came down. but the effects are never reverted. do not be afraid of the lost souls that approach you, for they only wish to be interacted once again.
