This is great!! Try making the background more detailed, though. It will improve it even more!! :3
Also, make the picture more balanced. The mer-cat and fish are on the right side, while nothing is really happening on the left side.
Oh ok! thanks for the critic, i will work more on the background, but i don't see anything unbalanced. But thats just my opinion. thanks for the criticism!
