You have to try. Don't give up because of loss. Use the fact that you have lived so long as a way to push yourself. Use it to remind yourself that you are strong enough. And then think of the people who care about you who love talking with you.
I do for one your so funny to talk to and you get my jokes and love the same music as I do..
