LinkFor those who are self-conscious/doubtful:
Stop being scared of the real you. Start loving your awkwardness, sarcasm, body, mind, and more! You have:
- the body of a model
- the face of the future
- the brain of a genius
- the patience of a saint
- the power of royalty
- the artistic ability of a present-day Picasso
- the strength of a wrestler
You are truly unique and that is beautiful in every way. Love yourself whole-heartedly!

LinkFor those who are suffering:
Sometimes the thunderstorms are so bad you think you won't make it through. It might not seem like it, but the dark clouds will fade away. You have survived the storms before this. And you're strong enough to make it through this one too. Everything will turn out alright. I promise you.

LinkFor those who want to end it all:
If you’re suffering from something, and are looking for a sign to not go through with ending your life, this is it. This is the sign. I care about you. Your life matters. Sometimes it’s the unimportant and mundane things that make life worth living for a little longer again. Like saying hello to your neighbor on the way to school, buying something you like at the store, listening to your favorite songs- the list keeps going. And I think we don’t give these things enough credit or acknowledge their importance and personal meaning in the first place. If these things make you happier or just distract you from the dullness and brokenness of your life, doesn’t matter. They are good and valid reasons not to kill yourself.

LinkFor those who have trauma:
The brain gets used to intense stimuli over time and that it tends to seek out things that make you feel bad again once you’re in a better place.
So if you’re suffering from trauma, abuse, or depression, then don’t beat yourself up about wanting to feel bad again and seeking out triggers or abuse. It’s not because you deserve any of that, it’s because your brain was exposed to bad things for so long that it can’t make sense of how you’re doing now.
We’ve all been there. It’s going to be okay. You can do this.

LinkI hope this was able to help someone in need of some positivity.
I didn't even read it, but just the fact that you care for others just warms my heart. It's nice for someone to look on the bright side at all times. This just made me light up my day. Thank you! :3
