Hm, I would say it would be inspiration of some sort. Though they should've credited before someone else credited it before them. But then again it almost looks very identical soO

Personally,I think they shouldve at least credited you from the beginning. I noticed that only when someone said something about it that they made a quick excuse, which was obviously a lie. I bet if nobody said anything they wouldn't have credited you at all. I It's a selfish thing to do really. What has the world become?..
