Tbh just say you're lactose intolerant and ate something that contained lactose because I doubt theyd bring you to the nurse for this

N you do realise if you wear a shirt that covers your stomach you can put your phone there and using your pants or jeans as a support to keep it steady because I think teachers pulling out a student's shirt is not allowed
