Yes crossplay does work, maybe try deleting it then reinstalling it? Ask your parent for help? Maybe turn the console off then turn it back on, and I dont mean rest mode just all the way off, leave it off for like 30 minutes or an hour, then turn it back on?

Yeah fortnite pretty easy once you have the controls down.
The only thing I can offer is 2-3 customs at the moment, playing fortnite and clapping and roasting kids got my motivation back up. So I can offer 2-3 customs until I can find my OC folder lol
