its such an easy way to learn anatomy, but the embarrassment eats me alive. as if i had some kind of honor or dignity. i hate this feeling

It's hard to explain, it's like you doing something that you've never done before so it's embarrassing but everyone else thinks it's normal bc they've done it before. And I hate feeling embarrassed by something so small or insignificant
