my Oc Vivian is a rare mutant only 3% of mutants have nero mutations, basically she can glimpse into the future but, it's like she has the entire future in her memories but she can only aCCESs them when her mutaion feels she or someone else in danger.

the classifications of mutants are the following -Nero -twister physicality (so they basically have a quirk for example Jack and Vivian's son can float, so he is a twister)

- appearance (example being born with pink hair) - stragulane (exmple, being born with speed, strength basically their abilities are hightened) - controller (usually controlling other people, this is one of the more common species, the most common is in mutants is seduction, my oc Kitty is a controller because with a hand shake of her left hand she can seduce people) - travelers, mostly teleportaion most comon -and the least common Godseen (a god like power such as when ever someone touches someone else they die basically super OP)

Mutants are very dangerous, all of them are dangerous in their own way. like Vivian if she gets into a fight she already knows all there moves and any changes they will do, so they will win. Most mutants are illegal and have to be locked up, so they are in hiding pretending to be humans.
