I looked up animating games online '2 years ago' and found flipanim So yep

i looked up animation sites and this came up :)

I searched up Free animating So it brought me to links Flipanim sounded cool

A teacher told me names of sites that they looked up because I said that I wanted to do animation. I checked out a lot of them and FA was free and worked well
