This is Ouki! He is one of my characters of an alien species I dreamed about. He is different from the others however. He is what they call a mutant Endolorian. He was born with a much smaller tail and wings that formed later in his life. He is also one of the kindest Endolorians around. He's suppose to be a bit more chubby, but I can't draw chubby characters cause I'm not sure how to make them.
