Water turns back, but hears kits mewling. She realizes they are not in the nursery and looks around, spotting two bundles of fur moving, but one is completely motionless. She gasped and lopes toward them immediately curles around them, realizing two of the surviving kits were both female. The kit who had been motionless was a tom and was faintly breathing. She sighed in relief, and started licking his fur in the wrong way to warm him, as well as the she-kits whom she would call Ivykit,and Leafkit. The Tom would have the name, Starlingkit.
