Well, you could force yourself to do it but that's probably not good. Have you tried motivating yourself in other ways liketell yourself you can eat a cookie if you finish?

Another option could be to tell them what's happening, they'll probably understand

maybe set goals for the day? eg: when you have motivation then say "okay today im going to finish the sketch", and then if you have more motivation you can keep going or if not do some later. that way you can get some stuff done without feeling overwhelmed.
