there a lot of reason the war start between the humans and wisterians but the main reason was the humans kept violating the rules of the wisteria like killing sacred of Nyx. And humans thought they're far more Superior to the supernaturals and try to enslaved them. So the started to kidnapped elves, and nymphs and made the do their bidding (some involved picking crops, cooking,taking care of their child)
