I tried to strangle myself by putting my hand over my throat as a joke and all of a sudden i feel like a energy like a invisible hand grabbing my arm and squeezing it until it hurts
I pulled away my arm and the energy of the entity squeezing my arm stopped
I tried, i dont have a spirit box and there is no sound or response anymore to the questions i asked
oof uh try to play pat a cake with it maybe it will like a game? lol
