If you can do a lot of frames you can use the max speed but you're gonna have to do a lot more frames. You can also just use the normal speed it looks smooth if you're good at animating. And like the best thing you can do is do a different speed for different parts of the animation. Tbf I'm not a pro cause duh but this is just from experience
