sharkwings and shellwings could be fighting in over some sea territory because the shellwings found one of there turtle sanctuaries raided and think its they sharkwings bc shellwings find all tribes suspicious and evil-> in the sanctuary the Shellwing queen is devastated because her royal emotional support turtle died

Sanctuary- practically a village full of sea turtles* small haven sanctuaries are scattered all over the Shellwing territory there are at least 7. there are 4 sanctuary types: nursery, located in the hart of the island palaces, royal apparently most guarded, villages, where the turtles just feast on food and do turtle stuff, exploration, where young dragonets go and pick a turtle to stay with them for 3 weeks and then switch, *mostly for the ones who want to be scientist*

there are 3 tribes currently living the ocean. the Shellwing queen calls for a tribe council of all the sea swimming tribes come together on maybe a beach were they do trade and territory talk inside the island palace *islet palace* it wasn't the Sharkwings who destroyed the royal sanctuary, but one aquatic FeatherWing was hunting way farther out then normal and was partly the cause of the destruction? but the rest was actual sharks

council included aquatic FeatherWing They keep to themselves like- 99% of the time, making the Shellwing even more suspicious of them

when the feather wings attend the little council it’d be the queen who isn’t even an aquatic FeatherWing so she’s totally spacing out because she understands zero and that makes them *Shellwings* think she’s even more suspicious. then the Shellwing queen says there not welcome in there market because the queen she gets all angry and tells the other tribes that she doesn't trust them and gets all emotional because one of the turtles that got killed was her royal pet.
