your art is very nice! but to make it better, go on the new animator. when you go on the normal one, there are words above it saying, "check out new beta editor!" click that and you have so many new options! you can make a frame take longer or shorter than the usual on, you can color without going out of line, and its way easier to get different colors than the last one! also you can zoom in and out and do many more things!
