So.. basicly you need to massage those bones

Hospital usually uses injection that give immediatent relief

But at home you might need to lay flat on your stomach

Or have someone help massage you in the upper back left leg and your fore arm. (sounds unrelavent but it's a step)

This has happened to me before. And my father gave me period pills. It attualy worked. It got rid of the hip pain but the leg pain stayed a while
