So, Lucas planned to take his death. He had a friend help to pretend to shoot him. His pregnant Sister came in and tried to "save" him, accidentally getting kicked in the stomach. Lucas was crushed with guilt, and had his friend really shoot him. His mother found his body and went insane, turning him into a human doll thinking she could "fix" him.
