i have to up my dose soon, woo!! ive been trying to get out of the habit of sh, and im so ashamed i even stooped to that level. i hope that the meds will help. ocd has been driving me crazy, its not helping sh. if i dont do it some shit will happen, if i do do it something will happen, theres no real answer, is there. i dunno feel like stuff has been gettin worse, but im getting out of therapy soon so theres that!! thats it
