Maybe, but the stress makes me want to leave. But when I leave, the FOMO brings me back. But the stress makes me leave. It’s just an annoying cycle of stress and FOMO.
Hmmm maybe you could try having a schedule on how long you can stay on this site like for example: 2 hours a day and then you keep on decreasing it
