this is mainly just for me and my friend bec it's an older series. but "finger puppy" as we like to call him is on his shoulder, his abominable creation in which he injects his reagent into it to create new life out of existing parts. And so Herbert does the same with this dog to bring it back to life but you'd have to watch the movie for that.
