A daughter who hates her mother for never being around for her family, but always being around for strangers. She grows up basically without a mother, even though at a young age she adored her mother. After finding out her secret, she devoted her life to ending her job, and her in the process, so the next generation is weak, and will be easier to kill. Kaila is so far the bad guy of Protection Academy, and I love her as a betrayal character. I think it’s fun to make characters who blend in with the crowd, you learn to love them just to find out they’re the antagonist. That’s probably my favorite trope in any series, since it’s such a nice twist to the story.
