I feel shit. I had a disturbing nightmare a night ago,that i need to tell my therapist and now i have to take anxiety management,trauma management and write anxiety letters to give to my therapist.
But the rest,pretty a-ok ^^
Tbh, I think it's good how you are receiving help. There are a lot of people who struggle with coming out and telling someone. Maybe someday, when you are feeling happy and healthy, you can tell your story and inspire someone to get out and face there fears, which can save lives.

Yeah. I feel happy sometimes because i call it battle scars. Basically meaning that i got through and fought my way with my strength to be where i am now ❤
Gender therapy is in 4 weeks so i'm kinda nervous but therapy is in 2 weeks and my school is going to have a mental health awareness week ❤
