I didn't really care because he was extremely abusive, and he constantly was found smoking and doing drugs
Once he died my mother went insane, and started making me do all the chores, yelling at me for no reason, and hitting/slapping me most of the time

LinkBecause of this, I started cutting myself and so forth, one time I even attempted to overdose on concerta (ADHD meds)
My life was shit, the only family member I had that cares about me was my cousin, and she even forgot about me most of the time
Once my mother died DCF (department of children's and families) came to the house to ask everyone questions. Eventually I was taken into foster care, wich is where I am now
Oh my god-I feel so bad..I went through depression at 10 years old but never because of abusive parents..I am so frickin sorry...please know we all care about you!
If you ever want to talk to anyone please know I'm here...and that you should talk to your foster care about it..

And I know it seems like everyone is against you..but please dont hurt yourself in any way..this is really tough and you must feel so many emotions right now but it's all gonna be ok just please dont cut
It's fine! You know what..I think you just helped me find out what I wanna be when I grow up. I wanna be a therapist to people who are dealing with suicide and self harm. So thank you! :)
