Yup...Cause honestly that's what I'm doing to myself and honestly, it's because of my anxiety. I'm whole messed up chald
It gets really bad when I'm anxious and honestly, I'm surprised my mother didn't notice it
It's starting burn on where I scratched myself, but I'm doing fine trying to find other ways to relieve stress and anxiety
