A society in the future where scientists found a way to make rodents like humans. They wear clothes, go to school, have jobs, etc. The new president elected by the humans, after years of rodents living in harmony with humans, starts to imprison the rats, trying to change them back to ordinary rats of the past. (BTW, the humanoid genes passed into the rodents' offspring.)
