Okay so my dad saw a cat out side our apartment and so I walked down the stairs because he said it will meow at me and stuff, so I did and I said " hi pretty kitty" and it walked up to me so I reached out my arm to pet him and he just rolled over and let me pet him and then when I was done I went to see if I could pick him up and guess what? He let me pick him up!! I don't think he is a house cat because he had two nicks in his ears and unclean fur and was not nuterd
