LinkLast night I woke up at about 4 am everything was dead silent witch it shouldn’t have be I sleep to music I was awake for a bit then realized I couldn’t move then I started to freak out I couldn’t even feel my heart beat I literally thought I died even tho I didn’t see anything i felt it .it was like someone was there but I couldn’t do anything about it I felt so useless and weak and I started crying

LinkI’m also sure that all this happened by I was lucid dreaming and tried to wake up
So when i first got it i was probably 9 or 10 not sure but I remember not being able to move I could just see and breath,there were ladies in black cloaks surrounding me yelling something I couldn't understand and then I woke up.I still have sleep paralysis but nothing creepy happens.
