Stand Ability: can freeze up 10 cubic yards of water (and eventually other liquids) for a maximum of 10 minutes. Depending on how much they just froze, it will take from 1-5 minutes to recharge. Also, if the Stand User is fully hydrated, it grants them and the Stand extra speed.
