I really started disliking myself in 5th grade. And it went to hatred in the middle of 6th grade.

But maybe that's because got depression in 4th grade and it stopped like between the end of 6th-7th grade. I began to bottle up things because people said I was super violent when people made me mad and so I would bottle up my emotions to not punch someone's lights out. And it became unhealthy. So instead of hating everyone else, I started hating myself. I have a whole journal filled with words that I criticize myself with. What a my friends force me to rip it up and throw it away though.

Anyone that a lash out on is a result of 5 months of bottled anger. And I'm sorry.

But I'm not sure if I hate life. I don't think I do.

I don't really think that anybody is going to take this seriously mainly because of the cover. And honestly that's how I hide my sadness. Because I don't exactly like it when people are sad for me. My job is to be sad for you and for you only because nobody listens to me so I kind of stopped caring.

This is why I normally don't vent. I don't like sharing sadness. I believe that everybody could do better without you crying about everything in your life. But I know that some of y'all still need it. So I'm not going to stop you if you need someone to vent to.

Demon be gone
