is it normal to hear things....like footsteps when you know your home alone? or to wake up in the middle of the night hearing a phone that you’ve never heard before go off? or to be awake in the night and hear footsteps in the attic when you know no one’s been in there in years? or to suddenly have a flash back of my brother when he was a toddler....staring at something.....no one els can see? or to feel something go past you in the middle of the day? (in scard rn bc....i feel like something’s here)

or feel something, look over your shoulder....whatching you type?

or something following you around at night when you go to the fridge to get a snack?

...i feel like it’s been here....for a long time now, my brother would stare at something when younger.....my mother also told me i’ve done the same thing before saying there’s a guy there....i had a flash back of my brother talking, and then stoping as if listening to an answer, my dad asked him “who are you talking to?” my brother pointed at something and said “that man right there”
