so shut up and compliment yourself, even if you think it's shit

even if you can't compliment yourself, just dont dis yourself

try not to be too negative about your art, it puts you in a bad mindset

yeah I had a lot of trouble with this and it takes a while to fix

just start with not commenting on posts about how bad your art is the less you talk abut it the better, even if it's just a tiny change

cause then whenever you look at comments you will see less of yourself saying that, and not be reminded of it as much

small changes at a time

yeah it's okay I try to tell myself how to be a beter person but even I am bad at following my own directions

I personally think it's better to not be bothered by stuff like that you should be able to laugh at yourself and notice your flaws and all then you dont get so hung up about some petty things and you can move on faster
