LinkIt's cereal before milk. If you add the milk first, your cereal will pile on top and the ratio of milk to cereal will be totally uneven!

The bowl comes first of course. When you put cereal in first, you know how much cereal you're gonna get and then pouring the milk in is more accurate. When putting the milk in first, you may put too much milk, and too little cereal, and then makig sure all the cereal is soaked is a pain in the ass, so all in all cereal before milk is superior
