I found a good website I'm currently making animations with it, but you can download it so you don't have to search it up, it's called FrameCast available on phones and tablets/Ipads and its very good apart from slightly pixelly tools but I recommend 100%

My friend usually uses AnimatorHD 3D for her animations. You should totally check it out 😉

I heard Krita is good drawing software. I have seen some awesome animations using only the software. I have it myself, and it is free and awesome to use.
