also use youtube tutorials on animation and sakuga, definetly do sakuga, dont try to work on how the characters look, the sakuga is all that matters, search up water sakuga, fighting sakuga, stickman sakuga, fire sakiga, yutapon cube sakuga, and study them all frame by frame, thats called referencing, you cant improve without references so youtube is your best bet in this situation, also search up stick man animation gifs and go to youtube and watch alan beckers videos, hes one of the best. those are my tips
