Linki was telling my bsf about my sister bullying me and i told her about the time she threw a stool at me and i got a huge bruise on my arm and had to lie to my dad that i was wearing flip flops and fell on the stairs, my bsf told me that wasnt normal and kept asking if i was okay.

maybe think of ways to get her to use her own strength against her because causing fights with someone bigger won't work well
