talking about my stims because I wanna ramble abtthem For verbal stimming I do "heheuheheh....." Or "muahahah ahhh.." And I do "creu!!!" As in creu cat. I do "beow" which is like meow with a b. And I do it like a lot so its like "beowbeowboebwoebwoebwoebsoebso" and so on. Physical stims rocking back and forth. This is the one I do most besides cricketing the reason I do cricketing more than any other is because I do it when Im laying down (I am doing it as we speak and when Im on my bed I always do iy) and I dont like to stimulate in front of people so that's why cricketing is like the biggest one. Ive been trying to let myself stim more in public but sometimes I do it and I dont realize and then I feel embarrassed I only stim where I am comfortable doing so like with my friend (sometimes) or when Im in my room. some other ones are like grabby hands and blinking my eyes over and over really fast. I dont do the flappy handsnthing I see it everywhere but its not a thing I do
