glowtie are a jelly like creature that is semi-transparent, and comes in only neon colors. the happier the glowtie gets the brighter the radiant glow from its body is. glowties are cat like creatures who live on planet "Solaris" (planet i made.) they only come in 1! color!. (Has To Be Neon!!). they also have shine spots on thare bodys. if you want to make a glowtie you must ask permission. but also since it is a "Semi-Open Speices" i might not let all who asks make one. the tails are not attacked to the body physicaly the tail floats behind while the glotie hops/ trots.
