It's probably just some mf flashing lights. Go to the window it's coming from and peek through the curtains
If anything bad is there then tell your legal guardian.
You can make an excuse saying that it's keeping you from sleeeping.
I cant see from the trees..but it coming from pass the field where I play at... It wont go away..
If this is truly happening, would you rather:
A. Be scared and not get enough sleep for the next day and possibly be in danger.next time you play out there.
Or:
B. Tell your legal guardian about it and be safer than before and know not to go out there by yourselves?
It's also when you should be asleep, not being scared alone in your room when you can sleep with someone to feel safer.

The headlights are yellow and white on almost every car
There's glass and a whole bunch of trees between you and the car
