Lollipop is a mystical creature who's function is to travel through time and space and erase dead universes. He usually spend sometime in that universe before erasing it so that he can make sure theres no type of life whatsoever. He acts like a cat, and only takes the mask off when he feels threatened or needs to eat. He really likes fish. He also likes to sleep. The mask works as a translator to all languages (if you watch doctor who, imagine the translation to work just like tardis translator), but without it he speaks in the standard galactic alphabet (aka Minecraft Enchantment table).
