I need you to listen to me...what you are about to be not going to help you. I know from experience I've cut myself thinking its gonna help and 5 mins later I regretted it...you are fighting a battle in your head I know...but if you end this...then you have lost....but if you keep fighting...even if it hurts like hell...you have already won this.
