Idk what to do it makes me feel like I'm going to throw up but I dont and my stomach has a weird feeling not like it hurts but it's a weird feeling

This is normal u see me i never sleep but sleep sometimes
Um lie down for a bit and stay off the device when u feel to throw up get a garbage can and when its done u can lie down for a few secs and come back on your device
It's really weird cause I have to sit in a strange position to get it to stop hurting
The worst it was was when I was in the car at the gas station and it lasted for like 10 minutes?
