Idk something abt them just makes me wanna close off even more

Kinda makes me feel like they’re the only person who cares
But only bc they’re being paid like I literally hate it
well if it's a bad therapist whos not helping you in anyway of mental health, trauma, OR they make you uncomfortable you should go see someone different, but what your saying is that your mom is making you lie about your mental health.
