Im sorry i was so manic i got so overwhelmed but i honestly thought i would be ok but i guess soemthing just sparked up inside me again and i lost it im really sorry. I cried infront of my friends teachers so i need to apologize to them tomorrow again too because i feel terrible. I have pierogies for lunch for the first time since i was 7. Even the smallest things kept triggering my trauma response which is basically freeze up cry and frantically apologize like 20 times and then when they ask if youre ok or say that you dont need to apologize and you cry harder even though you dont want to. I was crying on my way home so i feel terrible for my teacher because now she will think i hated it. I need to apologize
